My Story
An intercultural consultant with more than 20 years of professional experience in international businesses. Working in the fields of human resources, intercultural communication, organizational development, and change management. With professional and life experiences in Central Asia, the Caucasus, Central and Eastern Europe countries, and the Middle East.
Born in Kazakhstan, a country which has become home to people of many different nationalities, religions, and cultures.
A citizen of Lithuania, a nation rich in cultural diversity, combining Baltic cultural features with Christian traditions.
Currently based in Dubai, which has become a hub of diversity, attracting people from all corners of the globe, and is today one of the world's most welcoming and inclusive cities.
